What a wonderful and thorough company! Randy went over and above with a very, very (Did I say VERY?!!) complicated home sale with serious septic issues. Settlement was pushed back repeatedly, with everyone being as flexible and helpful as possible, as sellers worked with Young Septic to determine the extent of the issues. Randy Young applied with and met with Baltimore County, the surveyors (more than once), and double and triple checked to ensure there was enough access to the site. He went over and above and I will continue to happily refer him to my clients to ensure their peace of mind and the best assistance possible!

Gentlemen George Easterday was so efficient knowledge and friendly. He did pumped out my septic line blockage and cleared the clog in less than an hour. He brought back peace and order to my mind and home. I truly appreciate their service because he showed up within an hour and half after I made a call while half a dozen companies were not available. Justin did a great job! He is very knowledgeable about septic systems. He was there to pump our tank out and he answered all my questions!! A real nice fellow! There was a miscommunication and Charlie showed up first. He was sent out to evaluate the problem. I told him “I know what the problem is, why are you here”? To his credit he was VERY professional about the problem and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the problem fixed that very day!! Kudos to Charlie!!! I contacted Young Septic Services because I saw that they were accredited with Better Business Bureau and they had hundreds of positive reviews. We needed to have an ejector pump installed in an existing septic tank that had never been used. The office gave me an appointment for a free diagnosis visit by Charlie Rhodes. Charlie was very pleasant and knowledgeable and he went into the basement and found the electrical connection immediately and explained what will be done and the estimate for the work We are looking forward to working with the company. I called the office and was given a date.

We have not had our septic tank pumped since we moved into our house. Charlie came over and did a free assessment. Everything looked good, and the estimate that he gave us for a pumping was certainly reasonable. He was professional, and personable, and explained how the system worked and what we had to look out for. We have always tried to treat her septic system right by not putting things like grease down the drain and such, but he gave me some good tips. It was a pleasurable experience meeting him.

We were having an issue with what we thought was a septic issue and called Young Septic Services after reading their online reviews. They have excellent reviews for a reason! What a great experience we had with them. We had recently moved to the Westminster area from a large city and had no experience with septic systems. Charlie Rhoads from Young Septic came to our home, was on time, professional, courteous, thorough, informative and most of all, patient will ALL of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured into any unnecessary work or repairs. Charlie gave us an estimate for cleaning out the septic (because we had no idea when it was last serviced) before he even left. They did a great job! Michael and his crew were pleasant and professional. They were quick with their work and took time to make sure everything looked clean and right. They even seeded and put straw down where they had to tear up the grass. Not only where they dig but where the machine track treads tore up too! All while I was there asking questions which they had no problem answering.
