Having never had a septic you can understand that when an alarm goes off, you would immediately worry. A quick google search provided Young Septic, I called and was greeted by a wonderful woman named Anna. Anna helped walk me through the septic system so as to get the right technician out for service. Within an hour Matt was at my house, he walked me through everything he was doing and by the end my system was up and running. I appreciate the customer service, we will continue to use them in the future for all of our septic needs. Young Septic, you all have great people working for you, you should be proud.

Had an emergency situation with a septic backup - called Young's in the morning and they were completely upfront about the services and costs. They were there 2 hours later and were courteous and professional and "got it done". Everything one could hope for as someone working with various trades on a daily basis. Matt Higdon was courteous and knowledgeable about where our septic system was and how it worked even though the access to it was buried underground and out of sight. Thank God for Young Septic. Very rare to have a company with great ownership/leadership, great people as employees and great front desk. Randy has managed to figure out all 3. Stand up guy, great local family man. Greg (our technician today) was a solid dude. We have 5 kids and apparently one of our children has been putting wipes in the toilet...for quite some time. We let Young Septic know we were really concerned about how "smelly" it has been and we know we have a septic pump date set but if there is any opening sooner we would be grateful. Thankfully we were able to get a closer date and just in the knick of time. Greg said its one of the worst wipe buildups he's ever seen!! So embarrassing. My toilet dawnstairs was gurgling little I knew I didn’t clean my septic for awhile since we are Family of 6 and use lot of water. I called young septic Anna answered right away and since I was a first time customer she scheduled Technician to come out (Charlie). Charlie came out opened septic said everything looks normal but it is due for cleaning and told me to look out for contact they will come in few days to clean my septic. 2 hours later I had back in water in my laundry room I called again Charlie was so amazing he immediately adjusted his schedule came to my house at 8am the next day cleaned my septic and ask that I had a clog that came out that’s why it was backing in since my septic was on normal level. He explained everything to me about my septic what I should worry about and what I should not: He was so knowledgeable, understanding not to talk about how he went behind just adjusting his schedule to come and clean my septic latterly saved me the stress and damaged that could have been cause and on top of that did not even charge me an emergency fee. Definitely my go to septic company 100% recommendations.

I got my septic tank emptied recently (11/2025). The on-site representatives were Justin and Charlie. They were phenomenal! They were professional, answered all of my questions, told me about Young Septic's other services, and they were careful not to damage the lawn and tank top. Randy (and the scheduler) responded to my call same-day for a potential clog/high alarm when the original installer was closed (not taking calls) on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. He was very thorough and professional, fully explained my system and potential issue, and didn’t leave until he knew my issues were leveled out and the emergency had passed. He was also very friendly and relatable. I wasn’t charged for the diagnosis (but will pay for the eventual repair). Highly recommend!
