From working with the county, bay restoration fund and the plumbers to ensure all things were covered and a design was chosen, Randy won’t leave you hanging like some other companies. The team was exceptional from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and had Irvin Young at my home within 30 minutes. Irvin professionally assessed the situation, determining it was likely caused by rabbits, not a septic problem. Irvin explained everything clearly and even showed me inside the septic and dry well. I was very impressed with the quality of the service. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The original appointment was scheduled for late morning but luckily one of my neighbors was using their services and we got our septic system pumped out much earlier. Charlie was amazing. I told him where the septic was and he set everything up. He explained what he did and made sure the septic was clean! I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Young septic services representative came out to view my property and the location of where the septic system is prior to sending a truck out. They did this so that the tank truck would know what to expect when pulling onto your property. When Charlie came out with the tank truck, he introduced himself, was very professional and took diligence and care while completely emptying out the tank, backwashing everything and emptying again. Attention to detail and care was top-notch. I would definitely use them again and we'll have them come out for my next scheduled service.
