Matt Haines was great. Made sure I understood everything. Also Irvin Black came out after and was also polite and very knowledgeable. They took care of my issues as fast as possible. Randy, Mike and I feel bad but I don't remember the other guys name, we're great and figured out the problem in no time. Great companies. I'll only deal with Atlantic Blue and Young Septic from now on.

Absolutely the best septic company around! They are top notch and respond to emergency issues as fast as humanly possible. I can’t say enough about how well this team works together and communicates with the customer. I highly recommend them. Randy Young, what a guy, what a company he created. From working with the county, bay restoration fund and the plumbers to ensure all things were covered and a design was chosen, Randy won’t leave you hanging like some other companies. We have a complete septic system rebuild in process and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else. Need service, give Young a call, you’ll feel like family in no time! They actually care.

Young Septic performed an inspection for us. The results were documented in a report that was easy to understand with pictures. They held a follow up call to explain everything, including how septic system works in general as it was new to us, and provided transparent quotes for possible work to be done. I discovered large divots in my yard and feared a septic issue. Unsure who to call, I contacted Young Septic Services who has pumped our septic in the past. The team was exceptional from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and had Irvin Young at my home within 30 minutes. Irvin professionally assessed the situation, determining it was likely caused by rabbits, not a septic problem. Irvin explained everything clearly and even showed me inside the septic and dry well. To my surprise, there was no charge for the visit. I'm incredibly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Young Septic Services!

I was very impressed with the quality of the service. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The original appointment was scheduled for late morning but luckily one of my neighbors was using their services and we got our septic system pumped out much earlier. Charlie was amazing. I told him where the septic was and he set everything up. He explained what he did and made sure the septic was clean! I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Young septic services representative came out to view my property and the location of where the septic system is prior to sending a truck out. They did this so that the tank truck would know what to expect when pulling onto your property. When Charlie came out with the tank truck, he introduced himself, was very professional and took diligence and care while completely emptying out the tank, backwashing everything and emptying again. Attention to detail and care was top-notch. I would definitely use them again and we'll have them come out for my next scheduled service.

Today after our previous inspection Charlie Rhodes arrived at our house to pump out our septic system. Communication from the company was excellent working around my schedule. I received a text message that he was in route, Charlie arrived he was very polite and answered all my questions and did his job quickly and flawlessly taking before and after pics. We received an email correspondence with the Receipt and pics directly to my email. Pricing was extremely fair and customer service was absolutely fantastic. We will be using them from now on and into the future as I will recommend them to all our friends and family. Thanks

Very pleased with timeliness and informative nature in which my problem was handled. Randy was out there to assess the problem within a couple hours, and quickly followed by Charlie to get the initial pumping done. Discovery was scheduled that day and handled midday the following day and all problems fixed on the spot by Michael. Throughout the process they were all good dudes out there to make sure your problem was fixed. I highly recommend them as your first call for all septic related issues.

I called Young Septic Services @ 10 am with a backed up system in a house I rent with tenants living there. They had a crew @ my house by 1pm and by 5:30pm had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The 2 people who came along with a mini- backhoe were friendly, very professional and clearly very good at their jobs. I'd give Young Septic Services 10 stars if I could.

We had an issue with our existing dry well finally deciding it was done functioning properly. I had several companies come out and Randy with Young Septic gave me the best overall impression BY FAR. He left me feeling confident he was my guy and the problem would be taken care of properly and as efficiently as possible both timeframe and cost wise. They had us scheduled with the county within a week and the whole thing was fixed shortly after. They were able to install a new drainage field off our existing tank and everything has been great for a while now. We had one issue with our grass not being reseeded properly upon completion due to bees in the straw, but were able to get it properly resolved with just a few quick calls.

Highly recommend. I like that they sent me a text as the gentleman was coming out with his picture and name. Irvin was very polite and professional. He reviewed how my tank/system was doing after clean out. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!
