Great communication, Good honest people.
Irvin came out and inspected our septic system yesterday before members of his team come out to pump early next week. He taught us about our system and some of its quirks. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He even made a video to send to the pumping team so they would know where to park the truck. Amazing service from Irvin. Above and beyond!

A wonderful family small business that reflects professional, knowledgeable and courteous care for septic needs. Fair pricing. Had their guy, Irvin, come and give me a quote to replace the line from my house to the septic tank. Michael came and did the digging to discover where the line ran only to discover it ran under my house. We will be working together to get the old cast iron pipe replaced with PVC piping. Highly recommend this company.
Charlie did an outstanding job. He worked hard to get our septic that was past due for a pump all cleaned out and took time to answer 1000 questions I had…all in the pouring rain. We will be using Young Septic again next time and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely the best septic company around! They are top notch and respond to emergency issues as fast as humanly possible. I can’t say enough about how well this team works together and communicates with the customer. I highly recommend them. Randy Young, what a guy, what a company he created. From working with the county, bay restoration fund and the plumbers to ensure all things were covered and a design was chosen, Randy won’t leave you hanging like some other companies. We have a complete septic system rebuild in process and I wouldn’t trust it to anyone else. Need service, give Young a call, you’ll feel like family in no time! They actually care.

They held a follow up call to explain everything, including how septic system works in general as it was new to us, and provided transparent quotes for possible work to be done.
